Seattle Humane continues to advance its lifesaving mission through increased and expanded community programs that preserve and strengthen the human-animal bond. We are breaking down barriers to pet ownership and connecting families with the resources they need to be able to focus on what matters most, their pets.

Thanks to services like our Pet Food Bank, SPOT temporary foster program, the Pet Owner Assistance Fund and Community Medicine, Seattle Humane’s lifesaving impact has grown throughout the region.

Our Rescue Squad generously supports our mission and is helping us blaze new pathways in animal welfare. Seattle Humane provides positive outcomes for thousands of pets each year through lifesaving transfers, expert veterinary care, support for pet owners and adoptions into loving homes, and we’re increasing our reach beyond the shelter to assist pets and their people where these services are needed most.
